What You'll Do
/n

- Lead end‐to‐end delivery of complex remedial projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met.
/n
- Perform advanced defect assessments and oversee remediation designs.
/n
- Prepare fee proposals, tender documentation, and expert reports for legal contexts (e.g., NCAT).
/n
- Manage contract administration, including contractor claims and inquiries.
/n
- Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
/n
- Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
/n/n
What We're Looking For
/n
/n
- Bachelor of Engineering or Construction & Project Management (or equivalent).
/n
- 4+ years' experience in structural design and remedial solutions.
/n
- Expertise in waterproofing, weatherproofing, concrete spalling, corrosion resistance, and defect inspections.
/n
- Strong contract administration skills and knowledge of NCC and building codes.
/n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
/n
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver innovative solutions.
