The Project
A 6-storey, 53-unit development.

You’ll work site-based alongside an experienced team, ensuring smooth commercial administration and contributing to a project with real community impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing procurement, contracts, and cost control
- Letting packages and negotiating with subcontractors
- Maintaining variations, progress claims and RFI registers
- Supporting the Site Manager & Project Manager through delivery
- Ensuring compliance, documentation and reporting stay on track

What You Bring

- Experience as a CA in residential or commercial construction
- Solid understanding of contracts, procurement and project financials
- Ability to build strong relationships with site teams and subcontractors
- Confident, organised and proactive work style
