JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Store person / High Reach Forklift Operator to join our team based in Epping. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse operations with customer service and administrative duties, ensuring the efficient movement of stock while providing excellent service to customers and supporting day-to-day office tasks.

ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who enjoys a wide-ranging position combining forklift operation, administration, and customer service. The successful candidate will need a current LF Forklift Licence and proven high reach forklift experience, along with confidence handling customer enquiries and basic administrative tasks.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Operate a high reach forklift safely and efficiently
- Load and unload trucks
- Move, store, and retrieve palletised stock
- Strap and secure pallets for transport
- Pick, pack,



and prepare customer orders
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer enquiries
- Manage emails and complete basic administrative tasks
- Serve customers collecting orders from the warehouse
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Proven experience operating a high reach forklift
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Ability to answer phones and respond professionally to customer enquiries
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
