Our client is seeking an experienced and Mental Health Clinician to join their team in Melbourne CBD and is Australia's leading provider of specialist mental health assessment and clinical counselling services for this cohort.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting their clients by coordinating a network of outreach providers delivering high quality, evidence-based mental health and wellbeing services. You'll work within a multidisciplinary environment where collaboration, professional development and client centred care are at the heart of everything you do.

About the role

Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Outreach Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the Outreach Provider Program, including Outreach Program Clinicians, Group Program Facilitators, external Clinical Supervisors and partnership referrals.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you'll coordinate service delivery, manage provider relationships, support clinical governance activities and maintain a small clinical caseload. This role requires sound judgement, strong communication skills and the ability to navigate complex client and stakeholder matters while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality and ethical practice.

Key responsibilities:

- Coordinate and manage the Outreach Provider Program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Outreach Program Providers.
- Deliver provider onboarding, offboarding, training, support and ongoing liaison.
- Monitor provider performance and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Support providers with clinical liaison notifications and postvention activities.
- Review and assess partnership referral requests.
- Maintain provider databases and communicate provider availability to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of treatment groups, psychoeducational programs and workshops to meet regional demand.
- Manage and resolve complaints relating to Outreach Program Providers.




- Act as the first escalation point for complex outreach program matters.
- Maintain professional registration through Continuing Career development and clinical supervision.
- Manage a small clinical caseload, as negotiated with the Assistant Director.
- Participate in community engagement, service promotion, research and quality improvement activities.

About you:

You are a collaborative and compassionate clinician with excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills. You enjoy working in complex environments, can confidently manage competing priorities and are committed to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and providers alike.

You will bring:

- Experience working within multidisciplinary mental health or wellbeing services.
- Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High levels of integrity, emotional intelligence and professional judgement.
- An understanding of clinical governance, quality improvement and ethical practice.
- A commitment to ongoing professional development and evidence-based practice.

Essential requirements:

- Applicants must hold, or be able to obtain: A Working with Vulnerable People Registration or A Working with Children Check.
- In addition, applicants must meet one of the following professional requirements:

- Registered Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or Registered Nurse with unrestricted AHPRA registration; or
- Qualified Social Worker with eligibility for membership (or current membership) with the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW); or




- Master's level counselling qualification with registration as a Registered Clinical Counsellor with PACFA or Level 3 or Level 4 membership with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
- Must be an Australian Citizen.
