Orange Evangelical Church (OEC) exists to make disciples of Jesus. God's people taking God's message with God's help to Orange and beyond. We're looking for a passionate, gifted Youth Minister to lead our large youth ministry and help carry out that mission among the rapidly growing next generation. There are 2,500 youth in Orange who need to be brought in to hear the gospel, come to faith, and be built up to live for Jesus in their schools, families, and everyday lives.

As OEC Youth Minister, you'll lead a team of passionate leaders, partner closely with parents, and help raise up the next generation of disciple-makers in Orange and with gospel-minded churches in the Central West. We’re looking for someone who:

- Loves Jesus and following him.
- Prayerfully and faithfully sits under God's Word, and is able to teach it to others




- Builds teams and trains up leaders
- Is driven, organised and has initiative
- Is experienced in, and committed to relational discipleship
- Has theological training from a reformed Australian Bible college (or is willing to undertake training)

Part time or full time (0.6–1.0 FTE)
