In this senior role, you will deliver high-quality, comprehensive speech pathology services to clients and their families, utilising evidence-based practices to achieve optimal health outcomes across the Illawarra Shoalhaven region. You will also support the unit head and clinical leaders by supervising staff, contributing to quality improvement initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace culture. A little about us.
As a part of the new , a new Community Health Centre is being built on the old Port Kembla Hospital site. The will bring together a range of services including community mental health, drug and alcohol, community nursing, and child and family services.
Until the new Community Centre is complete, will continue to operate out of the Port Kembla Hospital site.

- Tertiary degree in speech pathology (or equivalent)
with eligibility for practicing membership of Speech Pathology Australia.
This is a temporary leave relief position until 18 April 2027 with the possibility of extension at the same or reduced hours.
An eligibility list and/or talent pool may be created where candidates may be offered casual, ongoing permanent, or temporary full-time or part-time positions within 18 months of the job advertisement closing.
