About The Client
Our client is a large private civil contracting company that delivers heavy construction, earthworks, and infrastructure projects. The company specialises in building residential and commercial subdivisions, constructing roads and bridges, and installing major utilities. They are now seeking a Final Trim Excavator and Final Trim Grader Operators to commence ASAP in Morayfield.
About The Role
As an Excavator Operator or Grader Operator, your duties will include -
Excavator:
- Operating 10-36T Excavators for bulk earthworks
- Final Trim
- Trenching and backfilling
Grader:
- Perform final trimming for roads, building pads, footpaths, batters, drainage swales, and lot surfaces
- Shape and finish subgrade, capping layers, and pavement materials to specified levels.
- Maintain correct crossfalls, cambers, and drainage grades to ensure proper water runoff
What You Will Need
- Drivers Licence + reliable transport
- Construction White Card
- RII Excavator Ticket OR RII Grader Ticket
- Previous experience as a final trim Excavator Operator or Grader Operator
- Recent civil experience
- Strong regard for safety and great communication skills
