An outstanding opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a specialist contractor delivering complex marine and civil infrastructure projects across Australia.

This role offers the opportunity to lead the protected and successful delivery of technically challenging marine works, working alongside an experienced project team on major infrastructure projects involving piling, heavy lifting activities, and marine structures.

Please note: The client is specifically seeking candidates with a strong marine construction background and does not consider transferable civil experience alone. To be shortlisted, you will ideally have extensive experience supervising marine construction projects involving piling and heavy lifting activities.

What's on offer:

- Base salary: $180,000 - $210,000 + super

$200,000 base for Supervisors with 10+ years' relevant experience * Car allowance: $12,000 standard or $16,000 for highly experienced Supervisors
- 40% site uplift
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth
- Long-term pipeline of major marine infrastructure projects
- Interstate candidates may be considered with travel arrangements discussed

Key responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities on major marine projects
- Ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards
- Coordinate direct labour, subcontractors, plant, and suppliers
- Plan and manage piling, heavy lifting, and marine construction activities
- Maintain strong safety leadership and ensure compliance with project procedures




- Work closely with Project Engineers and Project Managers to achieve programme and budget objectives

What we're looking for:

- Extensive experience supervising marine construction projects
- Proven background delivering projects involving piling and heavy lifting activities
- Previous experience working for Australian main contractors
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams
- Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available)
- Interstate candidates may be required depending on project requirements
