My client is a highly-regarded Top 100 practice specialising in Accounting, Taxation, Audit, Superannuation & Financial Planning.
The firm services a broad portfolio of clients including corporate businesses, family groups, small to medium enterprises, NFP's across almost all industry sectors.

The business embraces a modern and tech-forward culture. All team members have dual screen surface pros, and the firm operates on paperless/cloud based systems (with Xero/XPM as their practice software).
In this role you will be working with a down-to-earth Partner and Manager who are truly invested in their teams development. Your role will involve compliance services across all entities, and you will be given a very high level of client contact from the get-go.
The management team want to empower their staff to develop at their own pace and become true advisors. This is a firm where you will be able to progress your technical and professional skills at a very fast rate.
Staff have access to full CA study support, weekly internal/monthly external training sessions, regular performance reviews and catchups,

Due to continued growth, there is ample prospect for this role to progress into a management position in the future.
Key duties will include:
- Preparing tax returns and financial statements for individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts and SMSF's
- Assisting the Partner and manager with tax research to provide high level advice to clients
- Communicating with clients, responding to their queries, managing their expectations, and further developing positive relationships with the firm
- Working on complex tax issues (Division 7A loans, FBT, CGT)
- Dealing with regulatory bodies such as the ATO & ASIC on behalf of clients
- Providing training and mentorship for junior staff members
The ideal candidate will possess:
- CA or CPA qualified (or be currently studying or looking to enroll)
- 2 + years experience in a public practice environment - working with a diverse range of clients and group structures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A mindset for continual improvement and a desire to grow your career
- Experience with XPM & Xero software (highly advantageous)
