We're recruiting on behalf of a market-leading organisation seeking a motivated Customer Service / Administration Officer to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn, with full training provided.
Working within a supportive office environment, you'll play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while providing administrative and customer support across the business.

The Role

- Provide day-to-day administrative and office support
- Assist with customer enquiries and maintain strong client relationships
- Process documentation and ensure records are accurate
- Support invoice reconciliation and assist with financial administration
- Match invoices and assist with reporting during weekly P&L; reviews
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth flow of information
- General office administration as required

About You
- Positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial information
- Good communication skills and a customer-first approach
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Experience in transport,



logistics or freight forwarding is advantageous but not essential
- Administration or customer service experience is desirable
