Position Details

- Position: Offsider Labourer
- Location: Rocklea, QLD
- Pay Rate: $34.79/hr (Casual)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, hours vary between 4:30am and 4:30pm
- Employment Type: Ongoing Casual (potential for permanent placement)
- Start Date: ASAP Starts Available – Apply Now

About the Role

As an Offsider, you’ll work closely with experienced operators to assist with the day-to-day delivery of materials to site. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, learning current skills, and being part of a tight-knit crew.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with loading and unloading materials at the warehouse for dispatch
- Assist in coordinating and preparing orders for custom delivery
- Operate Light Rigid trucks to perform deliveries to site, including customer deliveries
- Assist crews to unload materials upon arrival at site and/or location
- Complete routine and planned daily delivery runs




- Assist operators with general labouring duties as required
- Perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and carrying, to support customer order deliveries
- Follow all safety procedures and contribute to a secure work setting

What You’ll Need

- White Card (mandatory)
- Current Manual Open Driver’s Licence
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transport to Rocklea for early starts
