Job Overview

We're looking for a DM Responder to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients reaching out via Instagram and Meta platforms. In this role, you will manage incoming direct messages, pre-qualify leads based on their financial situations, and guide interested prospects toward booking consultation calls. You will play a critical role in the client acquisition process by ensuring every inquiry receives a timely, professional, and helpful response that moves them closer to mortgage solutions.

Client Overview

Our client is a mortgage and lending qualified based in Sydney who serves clients through digital channels. They provide personalized financial services and mortgage solutions to help clients achieve their homeownership goals. The business operates primarily through social media engagement and consultation calls.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Respond to incoming direct messages on Instagram and Meta platforms on behalf of the client
- Review and assess client financial situations shared in initial inquiries
- Pre-qualify leads based on their expressed needs and financial circumstances
- Prompt qualified prospects to book consultation calls
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone in all client communications
- Ensure timely responses to all incoming messages during scheduled hours
- Track and manage conversations to ensure no inquiries are overlooked

Requirements

- Experience managing direct messages or customer inquiries on Instagram or Meta platforms
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to assess and pre-qualify leads based on financial information
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications

- Bonus if you have experience in the mortgage, lending, or financial services industry




- It helps if you are familiar with customer relationship management or lead qualification processes
