About the Opportunity
As an Integration Analyst of our Technology, Devices and Integration team within SDPRIA, you will oversee the planning, coordination and implementation of activities that support the integration of key applications and systems across NSW Health.
This role offers the opportunity to contribute to large-scale state-wide programs through the analysis, development and support of system interfaces and integration solutions. You'll work with messaging protocols, data models, and integration platforms to enable seamless information flow and support key digital health outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with technical and clinical stakeholders to deliver integration solutions that meet program needs
- Support programs through the analysis,
development and maintenance of application interfaces and technical workflows
- Contribute to the resolution of complex incidents impacting integration architecture and ensure alignment with service-level expectations
- Document business and technical requirements through integration data modelling and process mapping
- Advise on integration-related risks, upgrades and changes to ensure system integrity and data security

About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience in business process analysis, data modelling and integration documentation
- Brings a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to investigate and resolve complex technical incidents
- Possesses excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
- Holds relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in integration support within a large and complex organisation
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of integration security practices and protocols
