The RoleWe are seeking a motivated Dairy Processing Operator to join our production team. You will handle the journey of our milk from delivery to final packaging. You will ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and organic integrity.Key Responsibilities

- Operate machinery: Run pasteurisers, homogenisers, separators, and packaging equipment.
- Maintain quality: Perform routine testing and strict quality control checks.
- Uphold hygiene: Run Clean-in-Place (CIP) processes and sanitation protocols.
- Record data: Document batch logs, weights, and processing parameters accurately.
- Safety first: Adhere closely to OHS rules and food safety regulations.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Background in dairy, food, or beverage manufacturing is highly preferred.




- Detail-oriented: Robust commitment to strict organic standards and hygiene.
- Fitness: Physically fit to handle manual tasks and stand for extended shifts.
