An opportunity has arisen to join a leading consumer goods business with a portfolio of well-known brands in a newly created eCommerce & Retail Media Manager position.

Working across Marketing and Sales, you’ll lead the ANZ digital commerce agenda across major retail partners including Coles, Woolworths, Chemist Warehouse, Priceline and Amazon. With ownership spanning eCommerce strategy, digital shelf and retail media, your focus will be on turning shopper insights and digital investment into measurable commercial growth.

The Role

This is a broad, commercially focused position where you’ll:

- Develop and execute digital commerce plans across key retail partners.
- Improve online sales and digital shelf performance across search, content, availability, pricing and promotions.
- Lead retail media planning and activation, ensuring investment aligns with brand and customer priorities.
- Analyse eCommerce, retailer and shopper data to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Manage relationships with retail media, agency and technology partners, including platforms such as Coles 360 and Cartology.
- Develop annual forecasts and investment plans alongside customer teams.
- Build clear measurement frameworks to assess performance and inform future activity.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing and Category to integrate digital opportunities into broader commercial plans.

About You





We’re looking for someone with approximately 4-6 years' experience in eCommerce or digital commerce, ideally gained within FMCG, consumer goods, a major retailer or a relevant agency environment.
You’ll bring a strong understanding of the Australian retail landscape, digital shelf and retail media, combined with the commercial and analytical capability to connect digital activity with sales, share and ROI.
You’ll be comfortable working with data, managing external partners and influencing stakeholders across multiple functions. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who can move between strategy and execution - identifying an opportunity, building the plan and ensuring it lands effectively in market.
