The Transport Coordinator schedules our fleet and supports the Chief Operating Officer and transport team to ensure administrative tasks are delegated and completed effectively by the team. This includes coordinating with drivers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods while complying with the Heavy Vehicle National Laws and relevant regulations.

To be successful in this position candidates must be able to communicate confidently and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Must be able to work under pressure and manage their workload during business hours and peak harvest season.

The role also involves tracking and documenting transportation activities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and identifying opportunities to improve operational performance.



This may include monitoring and analyzing transportation costs and data to support continuous improvement.

Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (CoR), NHVR requirements and fatigue management is highly regarded
