Join a well-established Brisbane northside agency where you will work alongside experienced Property Management professionals, gain hands-on exposure across a quality residential portfolio, and be supported to develop into a confident standalone Property Manager.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with some exposure to real estate or Property Management who is looking for the right team, training and environment to build their career.

The Role
Working closely with an experienced Senior Property Manager, you will provide day-to-day support across a well-maintained residential portfolio while continuing to develop your knowledge across all areas of Property Management.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the day-to-day management of a residential portfolio
- Building positive relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating maintenance and liaising with trades and contractors
- Conducting routine inspections and completing reports
- Assisting with leasing, open homes and tenancy applications
- Supporting general Property Management administration
- Ensuring clients and tenants receive a high level of communication and service

About You
We are looking for someone who is proactive,



organised and genuinely interested in building a long-term career in Property Management.
You will ideally have:

- Previous exposure to real estate or Property Management
- A current QLD Certificate of Registration, or be working towards obtaining one
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- A positive, professional and team-focused approach
- A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

- $55,000 – $65,000 + Super, depending on experience
