Are you a passionate and experienced Montessori Guide who believes in nurturing each child’s potential through respect, independence, and meaningful learning?

We are seeking a qualified and experienced 3–6 Montessori Guide to join our warm, collaborative team at our Exceeding-rated Early Childhood Education and Care service. This is a wonderful opportunity to work alongside a long-serving team of dedicated Montessori professionals who are committed to excellence and creating a joyful, peaceful learning environment.

About the Role

As our 3–6 Montessori Guide, you will:

- Lead an authentic Montessori Children’s House environment.
- Foster independence, curiosity, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and experienced teaching team.
- Contribute to a culture where every child is valued, respected, and encouraged to thrive.

Essential Requirements

To be considered, you must hold:

- A recognised Montessori 3–6 Diploma.
- A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or Australian equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check and relevant first aid certifications.
- Permanent Resident or Citizen/Partner Visa (Sponsorship unavailable)
