About the Role
Join our Data Entry team and play a key role in supporting our fast-paced transport and logistics operations. Working closely with drivers, depot teams, customers and operational leaders, you'll help keep information accurate, freight moving, and daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain freight and operational data
- Process freight documentation, including manifests, consignment notes and delivery paperwork
- Provide administrative support to transport, warehouse and fleet teams
- Respond to enquiries and liaise with drivers, customers and internal stakeholders
- Assist with reporting, compliance documentation and record management
- Support WHS, Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and general depot administration activities
About You
Essential
- Previous administration, coordination or data entry experience
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
- Solid communication skills and a proactive approach
Desirable
- Experience in transport, logistics, warehousing or freight
- Familiarity with ERP or operational systems such as D365, CBS or SAP
- Understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and workplace safety requirements
