We are seeking an Instructional Coach to lead Literacy and Mathematics to provide leadership, build and sustain the capacity of fellow teachers, strengthening high-quality teaching practice and maximising student learning outcomes across K-2. Key Responsibilities
The Instructional Coach will:
- Contribute to the delivery of the system strategic intent and learning agenda within the school context
- Exercise Catholic leadership and foster the faith formation of students and staff
- Lead the implementation of the learning framework, agreed pedagogical practices and school action plan, with a strong focus on literacy and numeracy
- Coach teachers and model effective practice to support students at the point of need
- Support teachers in using assessment and data to inform differentiated and personalised learning
- Analyse and interpret student data to guide teaching and learning improvement
- Inform and strengthen the school's skilled learning and capacity-building programs
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility
