A newly created Executive leadership role leading Corporate Services across a respected organisation with a proud 50-year history.

For 50 years, this Queensland organisation has been shaping a more inclusive Queensland as the state's peak body for multicultural communities and a trusted provider of culturally responsive aged care, health and community services. Working alongside government, industry and communities, it influences policy, strengthens community capability and delivers services that improve outcomes for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.

Reporting to the CEO, this newly created role leads Corporate Services across finance, ICT, people and culture, governance and business improvement, balancing strategic leadership with operational oversight. You will ideally be CPA or CA qualified, with significant leadership experience across finance and corporate services. As a member of the Executive leadership team, your role is to ensure Corporate Services provides contemporary, efficient and responsive support across the organisation while strengthening governance, financial performance, organisational capability and business systems.

Overseeing treasury, property, asset management and investment performance, you will lead the delivery of high-quality corporate services, foster strong partnerships with business unit leaders, and maintain productive relationships with external advisers, partners and service providers to support organisational effectiveness and the successful delivery of strategic priorities.





Some early and exciting priorities will be to partner closely with operational leaders in progressing key organisational and digital transformation initiatives, including a technology systems review, the development of a digital roadmap, improvements to business systems and reporting capabilities, and the embedding of sustainable organisational change. And of course, there's more. Together, these initiatives will help position the organisation for its next stage of growth and maturity.

Courageous, compassionate, commercially astute and comfortable partnering with all levels of staff, it’s expected you’ll be a seasoned leader with significant experience in improving corporate services and operations in a multifaceted, highly regulated environment. A background in aged care, community and health services, will be particularly welcomed – especially if your work has spanned the navigation of widespread change and strengthening foundations.

You will bring a genuine appreciation of the strengths, aspirations and experiences of culturally and linguistically diverse communities. Whether through lived experience, professional experience or longstanding community engagement, you will understand the importance of culturally responsive leadership and be motivated by the chance to contribute to an organisation with a clear social purpose.
