Restaurant Manager | Premium Rooftop Dining Venue

Known for its elevated dining experience, exceptional service standards and vibrant atmosphere, this venue brings together modern cuisine, creative cocktails and a stunning setting to create a destination guests return to time and time again.

We’re on the hunt for a passionate and hands-on Restaurant Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role is all about leading from the floor — developing a strong front-of-house team, driving service excellence and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience from arrival through to departure.

Managing a large team of 20–30 staff and overseeing busy services of up to 250 guests during peak periods, this is an opportunity for a true hospitality leader who loves being present on the floor and creating memorable dining experiences.

What do you do?

- Take ownership of the floor operation, ensuring smooth and seamless service across every shift.

- Lead, coach and inspire a FOH team of 20–30 staff to deliver outstanding hospitality.

- Maintain exceptional service standards while managing high-volume dining periods.

- Be a highly visible leader on the floor,



supporting the team and engaging with guests.

- Drive team culture through training, feedback and ongoing development.

- Oversee daily service execution, ensuring consistency, efficiency and attention to detail.

- Support recruitment, onboarding and performance management across the FOH team.

- Work closely with senior leadership to continually improve guest experience and venue performance.

What do you need?

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Venue Manager or senior FOH leader within a premium hospitality environment.

- Strong background managing large teams within high-volume restaurants, bars or rooftop venues.

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

- Confident leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a diverse team.

- Robust understanding of service standards, floor operations and team performance.

- Ability to remain calm, organised and solutions-focused during busy services.

- A hands-on approach with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.

- Experience within premium dining, events or large-scale venues is highly regarded.
