About the Role
Position: Corporate Security Officer
Location: Brisbane CBD Premium Commercial Properties
Employment Type: Various Opportunities Available
Roster: 24/7 Rotating Roster
Applicants must be available to work all rostered shifts,



including weekends and public holidays
Uniform: Corporate business attire supplied, including suit, business shirts and tie.
Reporting to the Site Security Manager and Operations Team, you will become an integral part of a professional corporate security team responsible for protecting people, property and assets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Our Corporate Security Officers are often the first and last people tenants, visitors and clients interact with each day.
This role requires someone who can confidently engage with people from all backgrounds while maintaining security standards in a professional corporate setting.
You will be expected to act as a trusted ambassador for both our clients and Wilson Security, creating positive relationships while maintaining a visible and effective security presence.

Key Responsibilities
* Building strong relationships with tenants, clients, contractors and visitors
* Providing a professional concierge-style security presence
* Monitoring CCTV, alarms and access control systems
* Conducting security patrols and inspections
* Managing building access and visitor management systems
* Responding to incidents, emergencies and security breaches
* Preparing accurate reports and incident documentation
* Supporting emergency management and evacuation procedures
* Maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism

Essential Requirements
* Current QLD Security Provider Licence
* Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
* Australian Citizen or Unlimited Working Rights
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Experience using computers and Microsoft Office applications
* Experience with CCTV, Access Control and Visitor Management Systems
* Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster
* Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
