The Opportunity

Petition Kitchen is seeking an exceptional Bartender & Food & Beverage Attendant to join the front-of-house team for an immediate start.

What You’ll Do:

Bartender:

- Serve exceptional drinks with a friendly, engaging attitude.
- Maintain product knowledge across cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits.
- Keep the bar clean, organised, and running smoothly.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
- Adhering to company work health and safety policies and procedures at all time

Food & Beverage Attendant:

- Deliver warm, engaging,



and professional service to every guest.
- Take orders efficiently and ensure food and drinks are served promptly and accurately.
- Maintain strong knowledge of the menu, including food, beverages, and dietary options.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and attention to detail.

Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate must have:

- Previous experience in a similar front-of-house role in a busy, high-end venue.
- Solid cocktail and bar service experience (for bartenders)
- A positive, team-focused attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and/or evenings
- A valid RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
- A valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
