- Asset Health Data Analyst

Green Light are currently looking for a Data Analyst to join out Project Delivery Team in Brisbane.

Asset Health - Data Analyst will design, build and implement scalable data solutions across asset intensive clients. Working with other data and analytics teams and stakeholders you will help clients address their ling operations, asset health and maintenance challenges.

You will comprehend and dissect business requirements, translating into technical specifications. You will be the link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring development process aligns with intended design and objectives of the project as a whole.

Would be highly desirable if you have experience with asset management and health - ideally in Mining or Aluminium processing plan equipment (e.g. smelter, crane operations or other plant equipment in heavy asset industries).

Responsibilities:

- Work with asset health datasets, join an connect key datasets together (notifications, work orders, equipment sensors, failures), assisting in interconnection of information from different systems.
- Identify and navigate gaps in data quality. Develop options to improve health of asses in short and long term .
- Contact data-driven equipment failure investigations, failure modes analysis and failure system monitoring. Identifying data required to assist in the investigation.

Requirements:





- Proven experience with equipment failure / operational optimisation investigations and understanding of the data required to assist with investigations.
- Understanding reliability engineering concepts and operational challenging in the mining industry; condition based monitoring, equipment / asset strategies, mine site operating conditions.
- Experience with data pipeline development, including familiarity of various technologies across time-series data historians, Downtime management systems (e.g. AVEVA PI) and cloud data platforms (e.g. Databricks, Azure, AWS).
- Brisbane based role.
- Initial 8 week assignment, September start, extensions likely.
