About the role
As a Host, you are the face of the restaurant and the first point of contact for our guests. You will create a warm and professional welcome, manage reservations, and ensure smooth guest flow throughout service. Your attention to detail and ability to stay organised in a fast-paced workplace will be key to your success.

What you’ll be doing
• Greeting and welcoming guests with a polished and friendly approach
• Managing bookings and waitlists efficiently




• Seating guests while maintaining table rotation and service flow
• Handling phone enquiries and reservations with confidence
• Supporting the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless guest experience

What we’re looking for
• Minimum 1 year experience in a guest-facing role within hospitality, hotel or tourism
• Experience in an à la carte environment is highly regarded
• Strong communication skills and professional presentation
• Experience with reservation systems
• Cash handling experience
• Current RSA certificate
• Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
