Heyder & Shears is one of Perth's leading catering and events companies, delivering premium weddings, corporate functions, cocktail events and large-scale hospitality experiences across Western Australia.

As we head into a busy event season, we're looking for enthusiastic and reliable hospitality professionals to join our growing team. We're recruiting Food & Beverage Attendants, Function Staff and Bar Staff, while also welcoming applications from experienced Function Managers or Event Supervisors who are confident leading smaller events independently.

About the Role

No two days are the same. You'll work across a wide range of events including weddings, corporate functions, conferences, gala dinners, cocktail events and private functions.

Depending on your experience, your responsibilities may include delivering exceptional food and beverage service, setting up and packing down events, providing outstanding customer service, bar service, supporting event operations, or independently leading smaller functions and supervising event teams.





There are also opportunities to work across different areas of the business, including supporting our Logistics team with event preparation, equipment, deliveries, setup and pack down.

About You

Previous hospitality, food and beverage or event experience is highly regarded, along with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Experience leading teams or independently running events will be highly regarded but is not essential.
