About the Role

As a Casual Optical Dispenser, you'll play an important role in helping patients select the right eyewear solutions to suit their lifestyle, vision, and individual needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting patients in selecting frames, lenses, and eyewear solutions




- Providing exceptional customer service and personalised dispensing advice
- Processing orders and managing transactions
- Maintaining the presentation and organisation of the practice
- Supporting stock control and inventory management
- Working collaboratively with the team to ensure outstanding patient experiences

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who:

- Is passionate about Patient First care and customer service
- Has previous experience in retail, customer service, or optical dispensing
- Communicates confidently and professionally with patients
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Can confidently learn product knowledge and explain options to patients
- Is comfortable working in a flexible casual role
