CopRice is looking for a hands-on, people-focused Site Manager to lead our Leongatha feed mill. Reporting into the Manufacturing Leadership Team, you'll take charge of site operations, safety, production, logistics and continuous improvement, while leading a close-knit team across production, maintenance and customer service.

What you'll be doing

As Site Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the Leongatha site, ensuring we safely deliver quality products to our customers while continuously improving the way we work.

You'll:

- Lead and coach a diverse site team to achieve operational excellence

- Drive production performance, efficiency, throughput and equipment reliability

- Develop production plans that balance customer demand, labour and operational requirements

- Champion a strong safety culture and lead investigations, corrective actions and risk management initiatives

- Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SQF and quality standards

- Manage site budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities and support capital projects

- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives and support new product trials and projects

- Oversee logistics effectiveness, inventory management and site resource utilisation

- Create an engaged, accountable and high-performing team culture

What you'll bring





We're looking for an experienced manufacturing leader who thrives on solving problems, leading people and driving results.

You'll have:

- Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, FMCG or a similar industrial environment

- Strong knowledge of production planning, operational performance and continuous improvement

- A solid understanding of HACCP, GMP and quality systems

- Experience managing safety, investigations and risk controls

- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and CAPEX projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- A data-driven mindset with the ability to use KPIs and OEE metrics to drive performance

- Full, unrestricted Australian working rights
