We're partnering with an established Brisbane commercial contractor looking to add a Contract Administrator to its delivery team.

The business delivers a broad mix of commercial fitout, refurbishment and upgrade projects, providing plenty of variety rather than having you tied to the same type of project year after year.

Just as importantly, they're particular about the people they bring into the business.

You don't need to tick every box. They're looking for someone with the right attitude, good communication skills and a genuine willingness to contribute to the team.

The role
Working alongside experienced Project Managers and site teams, you'll be involved across the commercial delivery of projects from procurement through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:

- Subcontractor procurement and trade letting
- Preparing scopes of work and subcontract documentation
- Assessing progress claims and variations
- Cost tracking, forecasting and commercial reporting
- Managing RFIs and project documentation
- Supporting project managers across contractual and commercial matters
- Liaising with subcontractors, consultants and internal delivery teams
- Assisting with project close-out and final accounts

What we're looking for You'll ideally have:

- Experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction,



fitout or refurbishment
- Good understanding of subcontract procurement and administration
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Commercial awareness without needing to be the finished article
- A practical, team-first approach

Head-contractor experience is preferred, although candidates coming from a relevant construction or quantity surveying background will also be considered.
