Assembly & Process Workers - Foam Manufacturing
Location: South Windsor, NSW
We're currently seeking 2 reliable Assembly & Process Workers to join our growing foam manufacturing team in South Windsor.
If you're dependable, safety-conscious, and enjoy working in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, we'd like to hear from you.
Positions Available
1 x Day Shift

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM start

1 x Night Shift

- Monday to Friday
- 11:00 PM start

Key Responsibilities

- Assembly and processing of foam products
- Operating manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Cutting, packing, and preparing products for dispatch
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures

About You





- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is an advantage but not essential
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks
- Good attention to detail
- Punctual and committed to regular attendance
