As a Projects Team Leader, you’ll:

- Lead and support a team of Project Specialists who assist Commercial Account Executives in providing outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the full lifecycle of commercial customer orders, ensuring enquiries are handled, sales orders are processed, purchase orders are raised, and service calls are managed.
- Build and manage strong, lasting relationships with key commercial accounts, builders, developers, and industry manufacturers.
- Communicate regularly with customers and construction site managers regarding project progress, delivery planning, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate closely with transport and logistics teams well in advance to coordinate site-specific delivery requirements.
- Work closely with internal business units to ensure an exceptional,



seamless end-to-end experience for commercial clients.
- Liaise directly with manufacturers to negotiate and manage stock availability and delivery timeframes.

You’ll have:

- Proven experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales administration, or commercial project support.
- Knowledge of white goods, with an understanding of plumbing products being highly regarded.
- High computer literacy with proficiency in Google Workspace (G-Suite) and MS Office.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- A cooperative, team-player mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
