About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, organised and hands-on Internal Sales & Operations Support team member to join our Arundel office.

This is a varied role with direct responsibility across internal sales, customer service, administration, accounts support, outbound lead generation, warehouse operations and product preparation. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, management and the sales team, becoming a key part of our day-to-day operations.

This is not a desk-only role — you will manage a mix of office and hands-on operational tasks, including customer enquiries, preparing quotations, assembling equipment, supporting warehouse activities and maintaining hire units returned from the field.

Key Responsibilities

Internal Sales & Customer Support

- Act as the primary contact for customer phone and email enquiries

- Prepare quotations for spare parts, filter inserts and filtration units

- Process customer orders and manage sales documentation

- Follow up quotations and progress sales opportunities

- Provide basic technical support and product information





- Build and maintain strong customer relationships

- Support the Sales Manager and Managing Director with sales activities

Sales & Lead Generation

- Conduct outbound customer contact and identify new sales opportunities

- Research potential customers, industries and key contacts

- Manage promotional activities for IQ Oil Australia and CJC® solutions

- Maintain accurate customer information and sales records

Administration & Accounts

- Manage accounts receivable follow-up and customer payment tracking

- Process supplier invoices and accounts payable documentation

- Prepare and maintain sales, purchasing and delivery paperwork

- Maintain organised electronic and physical filing systems

- Oversee general administration tasks across the business

Warehouse, Workshop & Operations

- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders

- Receive, unpack and inspect incoming deliveries

- Manage freight bookings and delivery coordination

- Load and unload goods

- Maintain warehouse organisation, stock identification and housekeeping

- Assemble and modify filtration equipment to meet customer requirements

- Clean, inspect and refurbish hire equipment returned from sites

- Prepare equipment for customer deployment

About You

You will be someone who:

Skills & Experience (Highly Regarded)

- Internal sales, customer service or sales administration experience

- Accounts receivable/payable experience

- Experience in industrial, mining, hydraulics, lubrication or filtration industries

- Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial equipment

- Experience preparing quotations and processing customer orders

- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)

A forklift licence is advantageous but not essential — training can be provided.
A current driver’s licence is required.

Working Hours

Full time, Monday–Friday
7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Occasional additional hours may be required for customer needs, meetings, training or business activities.
