About the Role

As Centre Manager, you will lead all aspects of centre operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional education and care while achieving business performance goals.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of educators to achieve excellence
- Driving a positive, high-performing, and cooperative centre culture
- Managing daily centre operations in line with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational objectives
- Building strong relationships with children, families, and the local community
- Implementing strategies to grow occupancy and strengthen centre reputation
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and quality outcomes
- Working towards achieving and maintaining Meeting or Exceeding National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Managing budgets, compliance, workforce planning, and centre performance

About You

You are a confident and experienced leader who is passionate about delivering quality outcomes for children and developing high-performing teams.

You will bring:





- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification
- Proven success in a Centre Manager leadership role
- Strong operational, financial, and people leadership capability
- Demonstrated experience achieving occupancy, compliance, and quality targets
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- Current Working with Children Check
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and continuous improvement
