About the Role
- Provide high-quality administrative support to Care Partners, ensuring the smooth delivery of community care services.
- Coordinate client appointments, referrals, service bookings, and reviews to support timely care.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation while ensuring compliance with funding and privacy requirements.
- Liaise with clients, families,
carers, and service providers to deliver a positive and qualified experience.
- Contribute to efficient service delivery by supporting reporting, scheduling, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or a coordination role within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and compassionate approach to client interactions.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and electronic client management systems, with accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with experience in health, aged care, disability, or community services highly regarded.
