About the Role
TalentMed is seeking a proactive and personable Student Experience Officer to support students throughout their course and help maintain a high standard of service across enrolment, administration and day-to-day communication.
This role is a key point of contact for students, providing timely and professional support across various online communication channels while keeping records accurate and helping students stay on track from enrolment through to completion.
This is a outstanding opportunity for an organised, approachable professional who takes genuine care in supporting people, manages competing priorities well, and wants to build a career within a small, values-led team.

Available as full-time, part-time or casual, with flexibility to suit the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and skilled support to students across various online communication channels.
- Assist students with administrative queries and course logistics from enrolment through to completion.
- Maintain accurate, complete and up to date student records in line with organisational requirements.
- Monitor student progress and follow up proactively where a student has disengaged or fallen behind.
- Escalate concerns and complex enquiries to the appropriate team member.
- Contribute to a welcoming, well organised and consistent student experience across all touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and share feedback with the wider team.
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to support day-to-day operations.
About You
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and close attention to detail.
- A professional, friendly and patient approach to customer service.
- Comfortable working across email, phone systems and online platforms, with full training provided.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
