Your new role
- Management of state-based profit & loss
- Recruit, mentor, coach, develop and drive the entire team to achieve set KPI’s
- Work closely with interstate and peers on all aspect of cross border business activities
- Ensure team compliance to national processes and policy
- Manage inventory ordering and stock obsolesces in accordance with projected requirements
- Identify, track and nurture opportunities through our CRM and Pipeline management tools
Key Challenges
- Ensure that a positive culture is maintained, and staff feel invested within the business.
- Continually work to identify staff development opportunities.
- Ensure that the company is professionally represented at all times.
- Consistently analyse the business utilising the tools provided to improve DIFOT, sales and profitability
- Ensuring cooperative relationships with key personnel to further overall company objectives
- Ensuring that sales budgets and operating profit is achieved
Qualifications and experience
- Solid understanding of profit & loss, stock replenishment and budget processes
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing a high-performance team within a distribution model.
- Proven experience in managing a sales pipeline process from concept to completion.
- A solid understanding and skill set of MS (excel, word, teams) and CRM platforms
