Production & Moulding Supervisor (Polymer Manufacturing)

About the Role

Are you a hands-on leader who knows how to keep a manufacturing floor running like clockwork? We are looking for a Production & Moulding Supervisor to drive operational excellence, optimize machine efficiency, and lead our production team.

This is a dynamic, high-impact role at the heart of our operations. You won’t just be managing from a desk—you will be on the floor setting the pace, troubleshooting challenges, and working alongside operators to maximize throughput and output. Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Leadership & Workflow Coordination

- Collaborate with Production, Operations, Scheduling, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth, end-to-end production runs.

- Set a high standard on the floor—guiding, motivating, and supporting machine operators to hit targets safely and efficiently.

2. Moulding & Material Management

- Review upcoming production schedules to verify all moulds, raw polymers, and components are staged and ready.

- Assist with or perform mould changes, tool setup, and post-run maintenance (cleaning, preparing, and returning moulds to storage).

- Manage polymer inventory flow: move materials to work centers as needed and ensure accurate, safe, and organized storage of surplus stock.

3. Machine Efficiency & Maintenance

- Partner directly with moulding operators to optimize cycle times, reduce scrap,



and maximize machinery efficiency.

- Oversee scheduled machinery maintenance, supervise servicing, and perform hands-on repairs or upkeep when necessary.

Qualifications & Experience

- Demonstrated experience supervising teams, setting schedules, or managing floor workflow.

- Solid mechanical aptitude; experience performing tool changes and machine maintenance/troubleshooting.

- Robust communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between management and floor staff.
