The Sebel Kiama has an opportunity for a part-time/full-time Guest Services Supervisor to join our friendly, dynamic and hardworking team.

In this role, you will contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring efficient hotel operations. Working alongside the Guest Services Manager, you will oversee the daily activities of the Guest Services team, assist in managing guest enquiries, and coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the daily operation of the hotel and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

- Lead, coach and develop the Guest Services team.

- Take ownership of operational requirements that support the smooth running of the hotel.

- Identify opportunities to improve hotel processes, systems and guest experiences.

- Lead by example,



providing hands-on support wherever required.
