Eco Resources is a leader in waste management, resource recovery and recycling Service. We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused MC Driver to join our Hope Valley team.
This is a full-time position offering $41.28 per hour flat rate, responsible for transporting waste between our Hope Valley and Waroona facilities.

About the Role
This is a hands-on driving position responsible for transporting waste between Hope Valley and Waroona using side tipper and end tipper trailer combinations. You will complete two return trips per day, then load and prepare trailers ready for the following day's operations
Shift Details
- Monday to Friday roster.
- Typical start time between 4:00am and 6:00am, depending on operational requirements.
- Finish times vary depending on operational requirements.
- Saturday work as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely transport waste between Hope Valley and Waroona.
- Complete two return trips per day.
- Load and prepare up to three trailers each day, including trailers for the following day's operations.
- Load trailers using a loader or other mobile plant when required and authorised.
- Complete daily pre-start inspections and basic operator maintenance, including checking oil, coolant and tyres.
- Confidently reverse, manoeuvre, couple and uncouple trailer combinations.
- Report vehicle defects and maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all company policies, procedures and safe work practices.
- Confidence reversing and manoeuvring truck and trailer combinations.
- Ability to safely couple and uncouple trailers.
- Sound mechanical aptitude and the ability to complete basic operator maintenance, including checking oil, coolant and changing tyres.
- Solid commitment to workplace health and safety.
- Reliable work ethic with excellent attendance and punctuality.
- Australian working rights.
Desirable
- Experience operating side tipper and/or end tipper trailer combinations.
- Experience operating loaders or other mobile plant.
- Ability to safely self-load trailers when required.
- Experience in waste management, recycling, transport or heavy industry.
