What you will be doing
- Working within the subscriptions team to hit individual and team sales targets
- Presenting the brand enthusiastically and professionally on every call
- Converting print and digital users into paid subscribers through tele sales and personal interactions
- Handling inbound calls from prospective subscribers and answering their questions properly
- Contributing ideas that genuinely improve how the team sells
- Spotting advertising opportunities and passing warm leads to the Ad Sales team
- Keeping accurate, up to date subscriber records in Salesforce
- Reviewing editorial products regularly and feeding back what clients are telling you
