Health on Kensington is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse / Practice Nurse to join our small, friendly practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced practice nurse who enjoys building genuine relationships with patients, working collaboratively with GPs and the administration team, and playing a meaningful role in delivery high-quality primary healthcare.

Our practice is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, building strong relationships and achieving the best possible health outcomes.

About the role

You will be an integral part of our clinical team, providing a broad range of practice nursing services, including:

- Immunisations and vaccinations

- Health assessments and preventive health care

- Chronic disease management

- Wound care

- ECGs and clinical observations

- Care plans and health promotion

- Infection prevention and clinical room management

- Assisting GPs with procedures

- Patient education and ongoing support

- Other general practice nursing duties

About you

We are looking for an experienced Practice Nurse / Registered Nurse who:

- Has previous general practice nursing experience

- Is confident working independently while being a strong team player





- Has excellent clinical and communication skills

- Builds warm, professional relationships with patients

- Is organised, reliable and proactive

- Takes pride in providing high-quality patient care

- Has past experience using Best Practice software (highly desirable)

Experience in chronic disease management, immunisations, health assessments and preventative healthcare will be highly regarded.
