Join our team in a fast-paced, customer-focused role where you'll coordinate projects, manage schedules, communicate with customers and contractors, and play a key role in delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

Matrix Steel is looking to appoint a full-time, permanent Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our Wide Bay team servicing projects across the region. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to become an integral part of our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting customers from quotation through to project completion.
- Coordinating schedules, deliveries, and project activities.
- Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams.
- Keeping projects organised and on track through proactive communication.
- Solving problems and helping deliver a positive customer experience.




- Managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

Skills & Attributes:

- Strong communication skills.
- Preferred – Roofing experience or knowledge.
- Highly organised and driven individual.
- Pro-Active and self-driven.
- Ability to think on your feet / adapt to situations as needed.
- Robust personable skills to deal with many different people.
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart!
