About Futurerent
Futurerent is a fintech helping everyday Australian property investors unlock equity without refinancing or dealing with the banks. Clients can cash out up to $100,000 per investment property (max $500K per client) in just two business days and the money is returned from a fixed portion of the future rent.
Clients use Futurerent to finance their next deposit, renovation, expenses or investments. There’s no impact on the client’s credit and the client doesn’t need to provide any of their personal finances. The property returns the cash out, not the client, meaning Futurerent can deliver a simple property-based approval, and the client can seamlessly tap into their equity.
Futurerent is a market leading solution and has pioneered this rent advance model since 2019. With solid demand from property investors, real estate agencies, and mortgage brokers across Australia. We’re reshaping how property investors recycle capital and build wealth.
