We are partnering with a growing workplace relations consultancy that is seeking an ER Advisor to join its Perth team. Working alongside experienced Employee Relations and Workplace Relations specialists, you will gain exposure to a wide variety of employment law, employee relations and industrial relations matters across multiple industries.

The Role You will provide practical and commercially focused advice to clients across a broad range of workplace matters, including:
- Performance management, misconduct and disciplinary processes.
- Employee grievances and workplace investigations.
- Interpretation of Up-to-date Awards and employment legislation.
- Industrial relations matters and enterprise agreement interpretation.
- Preparation of workplace correspondence and ER documentation.
- Coaching leaders through complex people-related issues.
- Building trusted relationships with a diverse client base.
About You To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience within Employee Relations, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or Employment Law.
- Exposure to Australian employment legislation and workplace relations frameworks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem solving.
- Tertiary qualifications in HR, Law,
Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
Previous Australian HR, Employee Relations or Industrial Relations experience is essential for this opportunity. We are unable to consider graduates or candidates without prior HR experience.
We welcome applications from candidates with a minimum of six months' working experience in a HR, ER or IR capacity within Australia. Working Holiday Visa holders with relevant Australian experience are encouraged to apply and may be considered for future sponsorship opportunities, subject to performance and business requirements.
Applicants must be currently based in Western Australia and available to work from the Perth office five days per week.
