The Role
We are seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Radiographer to join our new hospital.

As a Radiographer at SASH, you will work in a multidisciplinary setting alongside veterinarians and nurses in Surgery, Internal Medicine, Emergency and Critical Care. Your role will include acquiring MRI and CT images, operation of fluoroscopy, oversight of the radiography suite, maintenance of digital image storage, and responsibility for radiation safety across the facility.

You will receive support and training from the SASH veterinary diagnostic imaging team and collaborate with colleagues in the pursuit of continual improvement in standards across all imaging modalities.

About You

To be considered for this position, you will:

- Hold current registration as a Medical Radiation Practitioner (Diagnostic Radiography) with the Medical Radiation Practice Board of Australia
- Have experience in medical MRI, CT, x-ray, and fluoroscopy
- Have a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Radiographer
- Experience in the imaging of animals is an advantage but is not essential
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clinicians, nurses, and support staff
