This full-time Apprentice Boilermaker role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop your skills within a respected engineering and fabrication company based in Mudgee, New South Wales. As an Apprentice Boilermaker, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship to become a skilled tradesperson in this dynamic industry with International standard accreditations.
What you'll be doing
- Undertaking a 4-year boilermaking apprenticeship program to gain comprehensive skills and knowledge in welding, metal fabrication, and machinery assembly
- Working closely with experienced boilermakers and tradespeople to fabricate and repair a variety of metal products, equipment, and structures
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to complete projects to a high standard
- Utilising a range of welding and fabrication equipment, including GMAW, GTAW, and MMAW welding machines
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment by following established procedures and safety protocols
- Participating in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge
- Mix of site and workshop-based work
