As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an Investment Partner to join our team in Subiaco.

This is a structured property sales and advisory role supported by a consistent online enquiry model, an established 8-step process and strong internal support across finance, marketing and operations.

About the Role

As an Investment Partner, you will guide clients through the full investment journey — from initial enquiry through to acquisition and long-term portfolio development.

You will manage the client lifecycle across:

Enquiry → Discovery → Strategy → Sale → Portfolio Review

Key responsibilities include:

- Conducting discovery appointments with inbound online enquiries

- Understanding client goals, financial position and borrowing capacity

- Presenting tailored property investment strategies

- Converting strategy into signed engagements and property acquisitions

- Managing your pipeline with structure and discipline

- Collaborating closely with Finance, Marketing and Operations teams

- Conducting ongoing portfolio reviews and facilitating repeat acquisitions

Our enquiry model is digitally driven and well established. You are not required to cold call or source your own leads. The role is focused on converting qualified opportunities and building long-term client relationships.

This is consultative property sales within a defined, high-performance framework.





About You
