We’re seeking a Corporate Receptionist to be the face of the business, creating exceptional first impressions and delivering outstanding service to every client, partner and visitor. Bringing energy, professionalism and a genuine passion for people, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every interaction reflects the Place brand and our 6-star service promise.

The role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days per week) and is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, including a university student, returning professional, or someone balancing other commitments. As the office continues to grow, there is genuine potential for this position to develop into a full-time opportunity in the future.

What you’ll be known for:

- Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, clients & colleagues.
- Receiving and delegating incoming calls with knowledge and confidence.
- Managing and maintaining the meeting room bookings, calendar, and cleanliness/upkeep.
- Contributing to the role with new ideas and identifying new opportunities to improve client satisfaction.
- Assisting other team members when required.

This role is perfect for someone who has:

- A minimum of 1 year experience working in an administrative / reception position preferrable.




- Experience working in the residential real estate industry is desirable.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills, and proficient in MS Office.
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, ‘how can I help’ attitude with the ability be to be adaptable to change.
- A professional presentation with strong written and verbal communication skills.
