As our hotel continues to grow, we are seeking a passionate Reservations Agent to join our dedicated Reservations team. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of one of Australia's leading luxury hotels, where every guest interaction helps shape an exceptional stay.

Your day to day

Every exceptional stay begins long before a guest arrives. As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact in our guests' journey, creating personalised experiences from the very first conversation. Through genuine care, thoughtful recommendations and meticulous attention to detail, you will help shape unforgettable stays that reflect the warmth, sophistication and world-class hospitality of InterContinental Sydney.

Working as part of our Reservations team,



you will manage inquiries and bookings, liaising with key departments, establishing robust relationships with our clients, managing group blocks, participating in sales initiatives and displaying exceptional phone and customer service skills. Combining exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for luxury hospitality, you will build meaningful relationships with guests and ensure every reservation is handled with professionalism, accuracy and care.

What we need from you

- A passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences

- Amazing communication skills both on the phone & in person - you are a people’s person and this shines through

- Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards - we are a Luxury hotel experience

- Previous experience with Opera, Infrasys and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred but not essential

- Ability to work within the operational hours of our Reservations Team - 8.00am to 6.00pm

- You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
